About us
The Inisfree Collective is a coaching and facilitation practice operated by Roma Bisnath, based in Ontario, Canada.
What we offer
We offer coaching, facilitation, group sessions, and somatic reset experiences. These services are intended for personal growth, reflection, and leadership development.
What we are not
Our services are not medical, psychological, or therapeutic care. We are not licensed to provide therapy, counselling, or medical diagnosis. Nothing on this site or in our sessions is a substitute for care from a qualified healthcare professional.
If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact emergency services, a crisis line, or a licensed provider. In Canada, you can call or text 9-8-8 for the Suicide Crisis Helpline at any time.
Your responsibility
By engaging with our services, you confirm that you are over 18 and that you are participating voluntarily. You are responsible for your own wellbeing, decisions, and actions. Coaching and facilitation work best when you bring honesty, openness, and active participation — but the choices and outcomes are yours.
If you have a mental health condition, are in active crisis, or are unsure whether coaching is appropriate for you, please consult a qualified healthcare professional before booking.
Bookings, payment, and cancellation
Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed. Our refund and cancellation terms are outlined in the Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.
Content and intellectual property
All content on this site — text, images, frameworks, reflection materials — belongs to The Inisfree Collective. You’re welcome to share it with attribution. Please don’t reproduce, resell, or repackage it as your own.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Ontario law, The Inisfree Collective and Roma Bisnath are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of this site or participation in any session. Our total liability in any matter is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service in question.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada.
Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date.
