The Inisfree Collective

“You don’t have to believe
everything you think.”

— Adam Grant

Not every thought deserves attention. Especially the ones that keep you small, contained, or stuck.

I create spaces for people holding complexity. Joy and grief. Ambition and sacrifice. Logic and instinct. To pause, breathe, and come back to themselves.

“You are finite. And because of that, what you choose to do matters.”— Oliver Burkeman

This is the quiet truth most people avoid. You don’t need to do more. You need to choose more carefully.

I’m Roma Bisnath. Leadership coach, HR strategist, facilitator, and yoga teacher. I’ve spent nearly two decades working with leaders and organisations across the world.

I’m also an immigrant, a mother, and someone who has lived through deep grief and loss. Life has taught me that resilience isn’t about becoming unaffected, it’s about building enough strength within yourself to meet what comes and still find a way forward. Sometimes that means learning to trust your own voice again, or choosing to live with intention even when life feels unclear.

Through all of it, I found myself returning to the same question: who am I, beneath all of this?

If you've asked yourself this question before, you are in the right place. I work with people who are capable and driven but quietly exhausted. People who want to live on their own terms, with more clarity and intention,

My work is grounded in years of experience, a deep foundation in leadership and psychology, and a belief in the body's innate wisdom.

The origin

The Inisfree Collective was inspired by a poem I studied years ago. The Lake Isle of Innisfree.

It speaks of stillness, peace and a return to self.

Years later, as I began thinking about how to help people reconnect with who they are beneath the noise, the poem came back to me.

And I realised. This is what I am here to create. A space to soften. To realign. To remember.

In their words

Roma has a rare gift for creating a space that feels safe, calm, and deeply personal. Within a short time, women who had arrived as strangers were opening up, sharing their stories, and gently lowering the barriers we so often carry.

There is something incredibly grounding about her presence — warm, intuitive, and deeply human. Her work leaves a lasting impact.
