Last updated: 11 May 2026
Your privacy matters. This policy explains what information The Inisfree Collective collects, how it’s used, and the choices you have. It applies to theinisfreecollective.com and any services offered through it.
Who we are
The Inisfree Collective is a coaching and facilitation practice operated by Roma Bisnath, based in Ontario, Canada. You can reach us at roma@theinisfreecollective.com.
What we collect
We only collect what’s needed to offer our services. This includes:
- Email addresses you provide when signing up for a free resource, taking a reflection profile, or booking a session.
- Responses to our reflection profile if you choose to complete it.
- Booking information when you book a session — typically your name, email, and any context you choose to share.
- Basic technical information (such as which pages you visit) that your browser sends automatically. We do not currently use analytics or tracking cookies.
How we use it
We use your information to:
- Send the resource or content you requested.
- Confirm bookings and send relevant follow-ups.
- Respond to enquiries.
- Occasionally share new offerings, sessions, or reflections — only if you’ve opted in. You can unsubscribe at any time.
We do not sell your information. We do not share it with third parties for marketing.
Third-party services we use
To run this practice, we rely on a small number of trusted services:
- Google Forms and Google Sheets to collect and store sign-ups and reflection responses.
- Tally for the reflection profile.
- Calendly for session bookings.
- Luma for group session registrations.
- GitHub Pages and Porkbun for hosting and domain.
Each has its own privacy practices. We recommend reading their policies if you want more detail.
Your rights
Under Canadian privacy law (PIPEDA), you have the right to:
- Ask what personal information we hold about you.
- Ask us to correct or delete it.
- Withdraw consent for future communication at any time.
Email roma@theinisfreecollective.com and we’ll respond within a reasonable timeframe.
How we protect your information
We use services that are widely trusted and follow current security practices. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect what you share.

This site is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from minors.
